We are the Investment Holding Company of the OMVIUS Group

We create and own companies that benefit humanity and provide long-term returns. Our primary portfolio consists of the fast-growing OMVIUS Group of companies developing breakthrough technologies.

We are long-term owners with a purpose

We don’t just invest—we build. Our portfolio companies benefit from operational support,  governance frameworks, and capital that allows breakthrough innovations to mature into market-defining businesses.

Our Mission to the World

Enable human lives to flourish

What Flourishing Lives Mean to Us

Flourishing is not a utopia. It is not uniform. It is not the absence of struggle. Flourishing is living joyfully, with dignity, growing with purpose, and contributing meaningfully and responsibly. At OMVIUS, flourishing is how we measure success—not just in revenues or metrics, but in lives touched, systems improved, and futures expanded.

We invest in businesses addressing fundamental economic needs and solving some of humanity’s greatest challenges.

Investment Principles

We prioritize investments in businesses that address non-negotiable societal demands. These are businesses that maintain relevance and pricing power through economic cycles because their products or services are fundamental to global stability and progress (e.g. Healthcare, Energy, Safety, Communication, etc.). We avoid speculative ventures driven by momentary trends; these introduce unnecessary systemic risk and distract from the core function of delivering value. We look at not only at what will change, but equally what will not.

We target companies developing scalable, impactful solutions to the most profound and pressing human challenges (e.g., resource scarcity, scalable energy, data integrity, global health). These businesses inherently possess massive potential markets, and a high degree of necessity. By backing innovation that delivers transformative change, we seek outsized returns driven by the widespread adoption of solutions that make the world measurably better.

Our commitment to long-term positions stems from a simple economic reality: generational wealth is built through sustained reinvestment of retained earnings, the mechanism of compounding. Frequent trading erodes capital through transaction costs, tax inefficiencies, and timing errors. We structure our portfolio to eliminate the need for constant repositioning. By holding businesses that generate consistent value across market cycles, we allow profits to compound without interruption.

Investment Thesis

We invest primarily in businesses that exhibit, or can create,  a consistent and reliable ability to generate free cash flow. Businesses with stable and continuous free cash flow possess the internal resources to self-fund their growth, service debt, and sustain long-term value creation without undue reliance on external capital markets.

We back businesses capable of creating Positive-Sum Value, which fundamentally operate as an antidote to zero-sum competition. This means the business model is explicitly designed to ensure that the positive outcome for one stakeholder (e.g., the company’s profitability or innovation) simultaneously enhances the value proposition for all other participants (e.g., customers, suppliers, partners). This deliberate alignment of incentives leads to market expansion—the collective activity of the network makes the overall market bigger, not just more competitive. The result is a powerful, self-reinforcing ecosystem where value is co-created, securing defensible growth that is non-linear and widely beneficial.

We invest in fundamental technologies that are underpinned by a strong scientific foundation. Our internal capabilities allow us to conduct rigorous technical and scientific due diligence, verifying that the solutions are rooted in validated research, sound engineering, and demonstrable scalability. This commitment is crucial for mitigating technology risk, ensuring that our capital supports durable intellectual property and viable pathways to commercial success.

We allocate capital to solutions stemming from groundbreaking research and development that targets fundamental technological breakthroughs. These investments are focused not on incremental improvements, but on creating solutions that possess the power to render existing technologies or processes obsolete. This pursuit of fundamental disruption is the engine for non-linear returns, as these businesses establish entirely new economic categories and value chains.

Our governance standards are non-negotiable requirements for mitigating execution risk, demanding speed, efficiency, and clarity from our portfolio leadership and governance structure.

Execution Standards

We mandate rapid, low-cost testing of core business assumptions to determine commercial and operational viability at the earliest possible stage. Capital deployment is contingent upon successful validation or deliberate invalidation of these hypotheses. This disciplined approach maximizes learning velocity while minimizing resources committed to non-viable pathways, ensuring capital flows only to strategies with demonstrated traction.

We require focus on critical activities that directly advance our objectives. Management must maintain strategic clarity by minimizing non-essential initiatives, reducing organizational friction, and removing peripheral distractions. This singular focus ensures maximum execution velocity and concentrates resources on the highest-impact.

Governance Standards

We employ simple, result-based reporting where the only acceptable answer is “Objective Reached: Yes or No.” If an objective is missed, we immediately identify root causes and implement course corrections. This structure ensures every management and Board discussion focuses on tangible results and necessary adjustments, maximizing both efficiency and effectiveness.

We require continuous transparency on operational status, objectives, and strategic priorities. Real-time visibility eliminates the delays inherent in periodic reporting cycles, enabling immediate course correction and dynamic resource allocation based on current data. This ensures portfolio companies maintain agility and can respond swiftly to emerging challenges or opportunities.

Financial control is milestone-based and adaptive, moving beyond static annual budgets. Capital deployment and burn rate are actively managed based on real-time objective achievement. Funds are released when milestones validate need, not according to predetermined schedules. This mechanism controls cash burn while ensuring spending aligns directly with demonstrated value creation.

FOCUS AREAS

The OMVIUS Team

Our team’s deep operational experience and established relationships provide portfolio companies with access to resources and expertise that would otherwise take years to develop independently, significantly reducing both technology and go-to-market risk.

What We Bring to Portfolio Companies

Our team’s decades of experience working at and with leading global organizations and institutions has cultivated direct relationships with leading scientists, researchers, and technical experts across multiple domains. This network provides proprietary access to emerging R&D insights and technical talent critical for conducting rigorous scientific due diligence and accelerating portfolio company development. These relationships enable us to scout technical talent, validate scientific approaches, and support scaling of breakthrough technologies.

Through our senior leadership’s track record at multinational corporations and our advisors’ positions across major international organizations, we maintain relationships with decision-makers who can unlock strategic partnerships, facilitate early customer adoption, and provide critical regulatory insights. This access accelerates time-to-market by reducing the typical barriers new ventures face in establishing commercial credibility and navigating complex regulatory environments.

We maintain relationships with operational executives who possess the necessary experience to manage rapid scaling, hyper-growth, and complex organizational transitions. This access to proven operational talent mitigates a primary source of execution risk: the absence of experienced operators when portfolio companies reach inflection points requiring different operational capabilities.

Our internal team and advisors bring first-hand experience across the full corporate lifecycle: startup formation, rapid scale-up, multinational governance, and investment management. This integrated perspective, gained through direct operational roles, not just advisory positions, allows us to anticipate challenges at every stage and provide hands-on, contextually relevant strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
